1 Samuel 28:6 & 15 New King James Version 6 And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord did not answer him, either by dreams or by Urim or by the prophets. 15 Now Samuel said to Saul, “Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?” And Saul answered, “I am deeply distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God has departed from me and does not answer me anymore, neither by prophets nor by dreams…
Can you identify, because dream was one of the potent and reliable ways the Lord talks to kings, when the Lord refused to talk to King Saul through dreams, it was an indication that the Lord had departed from him.
Well, it does not also mean in the New Testament that, the Lord had departed from you if you do not dream because He had said, He will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5 and Deuteronomy 31:6), thus, not dreaming means that there is a problem with your relationship with God and the earlier you fix it, the better for you.
Prayer
In the Precious Name of Jesus, may the Lord God continue to talk to us, and may we incline and obey whatever He says to our heart through dreams, amen.
