Psalm 119:107 || New King James Version || I am afflicted very much; revive me, O Lord, according to Your Word.

Affliction will always come from the devil just to divert, thwart, or destruct you from the original purpose of God from your life, and the end result is that it brings some kind of weakness to the believer.  Romans 8:36-37 || New King James Version || 36 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

Because the enemy is always coming against God’s elect, which will always breed weakness in us, in one way or the other but we have a surety in the Word of God that we will always be kept revived because of the power and glory in the Word of the Lord.

The Word of God is what and who, who and which gives power in all endeavours for God’s elect. Anytime you feel down, sad or discouraged, or even depressed it is a sign that there is a weakness thrown from the pit of hell against your life; all you need to do is to turn to the Word of the Lord by faith in the Name of Jesus and you will be revived in no time.
