Psalm 119:99 || New King James Version || I have more understanding than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation.
Understanding is one of the things a child of God needs to have if he/she needs to win in the affairs of life or be a wise person. Understanding is the interpretation of any situation based on a fore or before knowledge. Or understanding is the ability to use knowledge appropriately.
Our opening verse is saying; he has understanding more than his teachers because the testimonies or the Word of God has been his meditation. We learnt yesterday; you will become wise when you spend time in the commandments or the Word of the Lord. Our generation needs the understanding of the times and seasons, that we will number our days and also will make us apply our hearts to wisdom.
Romans 8:19 || New King James Version || For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. || God’s elect, this world and earth is waiting for the materialisation or the manifestation of the sons of God to redeem this entire life from decadence, and that would only happen when and if we make the meditation of the Lord our life that will spring out understanding with us even with the problems or solutions of this world. God’s elect, we need to rise to prominence in society and even the courts of our God, and that can only happen if we make the testimonies about our God our meditation.

In the Name of Jesus, I make the testimonies of the Lord my meditation, at dawn, morning, afternoon, twilight and in the night, amen!
