James 4:7 King James Version – Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Submission should be a hall mark or an attribute of the child of God. “Submit or Submission” came from two words; “sub” and “mission”.  A person will definitely have a mission (what or something to be done.) Thus, when that thing is brought under God, then we say a person has submitted or submission to God.

Submission is in all forms of life, how we think or the things we imagine, that comes to our heart, what we say or how we talk, and to the things we do.

You will bear with me that there is something we need not to engage in or do the day; our hearts and minds are fixed on the Lord of glory.

As soon as we come to the place where everything about us is subjected or submissive to God; through His word, then we have become submissive to Him.

The first thing God has given to us to submit to is His word; we cannot claim we submit to God unless we submit to His written word; the bible.

Proverbs 3:6 King James Version – In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Acknowledging (knowing or having the knowledge that there is someone you need to submit to) the Lord is the first point of submitting to Him.

Confession

In the Name of Jesus, I am submissive to the authority of God, through the word of God; I submit every fiber of my being to the Holy Spirit, hallelujah, amen!
