How to walk in the Spirit – Joy

Romans 14:17 New International Version – For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit…

Joy is an evident that a person is having a walk with the Lord or the Holy Ghost. If God created us in His own image, as He is, so are we in this life, and He has made us more than conquerors through His love, if He is for us, who can be against us, all things are working together to those who love Him and are called according to His purposes.

With all this, how or what can or should make the believer sad? No way, for in Him we live, move and have our being.

This is why we need to walk in joy, in fact if we are able to keep our faith through joy despite the situations we find ourselves in life, this is a testament, that indeed, we are walking with the Holy Ghost.
