Walking After the Spirit

Romans 8:1 King James Version – There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

There are two walks of the believer, you either walk in the Spirit or walk by the flesh (will discuss that tomorrow). You can never be in the middle, you are either a Spiritual Christian or a carnal (always mindful of the things of the flesh) Christian.

Our opening scripture talks about us walking but after the Spirit of the Living God, which emanates from the word of the Lord because all scriptures are inspired by the Holy Ghost, for rebuke, correction, teaching and training unto righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16).

Walking after the Spirit is simply walking after the dictates of the word of the Lord directly from the bible before whatever He inspires in your heart as you maintain a consistent relationship or obedience with Him.

This walk is never a difficult one because grace has been made available for all that pertains to life and Godliness (2 Peter 1:3)

Confession

In the Name of Jesus, I walk after the Spirit and never after the flesh because I have given the totality of my heart to the Holy Spirit, amen!
