One of the many benefits of speaking or praying in tongues for longer times, is that it has a way to clear every unwanted thing from you, which is not from the Lord.
Praying in tongues has a way to clear your mind of everything apart from the Lord. Speaking in tongues is a way of talking to the Lord mystically, which the Lord will have to talk back to you, which part of the talking might be through dreams and vision. Thus if the Lord uses our dream life as a channel to talk to us because we prepare it by speaking in tongues, there is no way bad dreams can come through the same channel the Lord is using.
Confession
In the Name of Jesus, I have the passion to pray in tongues, for long hours, for Apostle Paul said, I prayed in tongues more than he all, I have the grace to speak in tongues, amen.
