John 1:13 talks about us being born of God. It means that we have the DNA of God and His very blood floors through us but to cement that mystery, we need to be partakers of what we call the Holy Communion, which is synonymous to the Blood and Body of our Lord and Saviour, Christ Jesus.
There are some special wines and wafers/bread which is being used for communion, irrespective of the substance used for the communion, what is important is the faith to decree the substance as the Body and the Blood of Christ Jesus is what matters.
Thus, after decreeing with faith, in the Precious Name of Jesus, over a simple substance to be the Body and the Blood of Jesus, you take it. So now, it means the Blood of Jesus has mixed with yours, same way the body of Christ Jesus has also mixed with yours, so where from this night mare?
