Numbers 12:6 | New International Version | He said, “Listen to my words: “When there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams.
Anytime a dream from God comes to you (we will talk about sources of dreams later), it has become the Word of God to you, either for that season, for the future or even for generations yet to be born. It will be interesting to know that the many of the great inventions you see on the earth today are dreams people had while asleep.
Joshua 1:8 | New International Version | Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
Think, think, and think of that dream the Lord has given you, because it is for a purpose for the work of God says: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11
Thus, dreams are one of the ways the Lord reveals His plans to His children; through meditation and thinking on and about that dream, we become the dream, and the dream becomes a reality because we have become the dream, the Bible talks about the Word of God being made flesh, the same way our dreams should be made flesh in our lives through meditation and thinking on it.
Prayer
