Genesis 40:8 | New King James Version | And they said to him, “We each have had a dream, and there is no interpreter of it.” So Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell them to me, please.”
The one who gives the dream is the Holy Ghost, so to get your dreams interpreted, all one needs to do is to get close or have a strong relationship with the Holy Ghost, so He will reveal the hidden truth about the dream to you.
1 John 2:27 | New King James Version | But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you [a]will abide in Him.
So the Holy Ghost is our true teacher based on the Word of God, any human factor is just a Teaching Assistant. Thus, to have a close relationship with the Holy Ghost; it is just studying His Word, coupled with prayer and obedience to the Word you study and what He relays to your heart every time you go to Him. With these simple but remarkable processes and doings, you will begin having understanding about your dreams.
