1 Corinthians 7:20 | King James Version | Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called.
God’s Child! God’s call or calling is simply His work or the purpose why He brought you on the earth. After seeing or knowing the call, you stay or abide there.
God knows the reason why He gave gifts unto men; to complement each other and to help the overall agenda of God.
I pray for you that you identify God’s work or call for you at every point in life with the help of the Precious Holy Spirit.
We need to be focused at where or on what we are called to do in life. It is a life long and tough journey. You will need to discover it, nurture it before helping people with it or selling it, by doing so, God will meet your needs through that.
This means, you do not compare yourself to people unnecessarily but you rather compare yourself with the abilities you have within you and what you are actually using those abilities to do; and it should tell you if and when you are doing well.
If you seem to be doing well, praise God. If not then you need to sit for the Holy Ghost to teach, train and help you on what to do at what time and how to do it; so your doings or results will match with your abilities.
Prayer
In the Name of Jesus, I ask for the sustaining Grace and intelligence to be able to abide in the area where I have been called, amen.
