Philippians 4:8 New International Version | Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable — if anything is excellent or praiseworthy — think about such things.
God’s elect, the mind, is a very powerful tool which will aid our success in every aspect of life. There are principles in life in every endeavour if you wish or want to win in life, even the Christian life.
The consciousness of us being Christians will emanate from the things we think about or of. We are a royal priesthood, a chosen generation. He has made us kings and priests that we should reign on the earth; the king or the priest has a way they think, talk and act.
But then, everything starts from the mind and the Bible has given us the precedence to follow when it comes to our thought pattern or life.
What we need to do is to start feeding our minds consciously with what we have been admonished to be thinking on and it will definitely start by the study of the Word of God and prayer and the Holy Ghost will begin to help us when and if we surrender our thought life to the Lord Jesus.
You will be a sign to your generation when this truth is practised over time but with the help of the Precious Holy Spirit.
