Isaiah 55:7 || New King James Version || Let the [a]wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

Mercy and pardoning is the nature of our God but not just a nature or one of the many attributes of God..

Children of God, never allow guilt to take you from God; for what is important is that you have a true heart of repentance and that even true heart of repentance will come when we go to Him.

Never allow sin of any sort to draw you away from our Lord. The truth is, the human body or nature is prone to sinning because of the pleasure it brings to it; it is only in the presence of God we can have or gain the energy and power over our body or human nature, which will give us power over sin.

Immediately we find out that sin is becoming predominant in our lives, we quickly run to the Lord so He will show us mercy and pardon us because He will abundantly pardon us.

The next thing we do after going to the Lord is to ask Him for the power to be able to overcome sin after the pardon, and we make sure to take wise strategies that will not make us go to sin again. The scripture talks to cut one arm away if it makes us sin (Matthew 5:29-30), know what aids or promotes your sin, and the Holy Ghost will help you not to go near to it again, through your obedience.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, we are grateful, for You abundantly pardon us, amen!
