Psalm 119:119 || New King James Version || You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross; therefore I love Your testimonies.
Wickedness is real and will be more real because the prince of this world is the devil, he uses his power to control the natural (a person without Christ Jesus) and carnal (a Christian who is not spiritual) man.
The reason why this world or universe still exists is because of God’s elect on the planet, earth. The devil has been against God’s agenda and creation from day one (1), you can refer to Genesis or even before creation. But God will do nothing unless God’s elect uses the Word of God for the preservation of life.
He (God) upholds all things by the Word of His power (Hebrews 1:3), so because of that, the writer of our opening verse has no option than to love the testimonies of the Lord, God. God’s elect, there are some things that will happen or become automatic when and if we dedicate our lives and love for the Word of God; one of those is the wicked will be put away like dross (something regarded as worthless; rubbish).
God’s elect, I pray for you in the Name of Jesus that you begin to love God’s Word/testimonies.
Declaration
I am a lover of the testimonies of the Lord, and the wicked will be put away from me, I have a hunger and a thirst for the Word of God, I live and grow by the Word of God, the Word of God is my standard in life, it is through the Word of God that, I live, move and have my being, amen!
