Psalm 119:105 || New King James Version || Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
We shall never be in darkness, we will always walk in the light of the Lord which will always be expressed in the and through the Word of God. Our opening scripture is just talking about direction in life, it does not matter your age, as long as you are a believer or God’s child and you are able to read this, you should have a fair idea of what you need or want to do in life, you need to have some kind of direction in life; not to be tossed through and flow like a ship without a sailor.
What guarantees direction in our life is the Word of God because that is the only lamp to our feet and the same becomes a light unto our path which connotes direction to the child of God. God’s elect, we need to pick up the Word of God with all seriousness in persistence because that is the only surety of us having a direction in our life.
God’s elect, there is an agenda for the child of God and the only person who can give us details into that agenda is God which is definitely through His Word, to avoid confusion in life at any point in time, it is the Word of God.
God’s elect, we need not to compromise on anything the Word of God, because that is our only lamp to our feet and light unto our path.
