What progresses a relationship with God is when and if we believe in His Word or whatever He confers to our heart.
There are thousand and one items that are competing with our attention for God and His purpose for lives; the only way God can win our attention over all those items is when we start to believe His Word and continue to believe His Word. The Word of God is for believing not for analysing, we can never follow God in the realm of the mind but in the realm of our heart where we can believe in whatever He says to us.
Believing means, we are doing whatever we are instructed to do via the Word of God. The proof that we believe the Word of God is when we speak the Word and testify about the Word to people. The Holy Spirit one day told me; you can never hide it when you are a real Jesus lover; it is going to be evident.
Believing the Word of God is a great work which needs to be done in a simple way. To believe the Word of God, you have to be consistent with the Word, because as soon as you leave just for a day, the enemy will come and sow tears among the real seed of the Word of God in your heart.
Declaration
In the Precious Name of Jesus, I am a believer of the Word of God, I am whatever He says I am and whoever He declares me to be, amen!
