Psalm 119:62 || King James Version || At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.

Thanksgiving is an integral part of the gospel of Christ Jesus and it has everything to enhance or strengthen our relationship with Him. How would we feel if we have someone around us who will just or only be around for what we have and will never appreciate? The same with our God!

We should have a reason that we will thank the Lord with or for, at every point in life there is something tangible we need to be thankful for, if nothing at all, we have Christ Jesus Himself coming to die for our sins, we have the gift of life, we have the Word of God also, in fact, that is what the Psalmist will rise at midnight and thank the Lord for, because without that, how would our life be on the earth and what would have being our hope or faith?

We need to be intentional about the promises or the judgments of God which is in His Only and Holy Word, and be thankful to that with a sincerity of heart. God’s elect, this God or Christianity thing we are doing is very key and we need to be intentional about it at all cost, at all cost because there is a price to pay and a sacrifice to make; in all circumstances, thanksgiving is a demand from us and it should be from the heart just because the Word of the Lord says so.

Declaration
