Psalm 119:59 || New King James Version || I thought about my ways, and turned my feet to Your testimonies.
What carries a person around is his or her feet. That is why the scripture talks about the lamp or light of God being a lamp to one’s feet. People are so confident in life that they do not think about the Word of God or God for anything, well, you have your will and God is not against it but know that a time is coming that the Creator of the universe and your life will have to require you to give an account to whatever you came on planet earth to do, unable to do that might take you into eternal condemnation.
We are in this life for a purpose and that purpose comes from God and how we can know God and His purpose for our life is when we turn our feet to His testimonies which is His Holy and Only Word which is the Bible. God’s elect, this life is not our own, we are just passing through, a time will come that we will need to give an account to whatever or what that we did while we stayed on the earth.
God’s elect, this is the season why we need to reflect on our Christian life, kindly think about your life and you will know of a truth that you will need to turn your feet to the testimonies of our Lord Christ Jesus, which is His Word; let us meet at the top because that is where we belong.
