Psalm 119:53 || Amplified Bible || Burning indignation has seized me because of the wicked, who reject Your law.
Does God get angry? Are the negative things happening in this world as a result of God’s anger on humanity or the earth? Our God is a loving God and we are to live in His grace and mercy coupled with His love. God never created this universe or man to experience anything negative but the disobedience, the wickedness and the selfishness of man always brings negative things on men and on the earth. The heavens, even the heavens belongs to the Lord, but the earth He has given to the children of men || Psalm 115:16
The rejection of the Word of God even in our heart through our conscience is what brings negatives to men and the earth at large. We need to be in the position to accept the Word at all times and also ask for the grace to be the doers of the Word we receive.
The wicked in our opening verse is the person who rejects the Word of God; I pray we will never be a wicked people towards the Lord God.
