Psalm 119:9 || New King James Version || How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.
God’s elect, take heed! In other words, pay attention! How can a young man cleanse his way? That can be done when the said young man heeds or pays attention to the Word of God as it is in the Holy Scriptures.
This is when the Word of God will be taken with all seriousness of mind, heart and an attitude. As young as we are as teenagers, let us just notice how our attention is captured or won when it comes to money or anything that we seem to like; the same way or even more, it should be with the Word of God.
When we take heed or pay attention to the Word of God; He has the power to change our lives for the better. We will become Jesus lovers, and we will be drawn closer to the Sweet Precious Holy Ghost. It is only the Holy Ghost who has the power to teach and explain the Word of God to us, which is in the person of Christ Jesus because His (the Holy Ghost) work is to direct or point us to the Lord Jesus, thus we will become Jesus lovers and it will be evidential on all of our lives.
God’s elect, just make up your mind to decide to take heed or pay attention or tackle the Word of God with all seriousness of heart and you will see what your life will become over a period of time.
