We have always established the fact that the personality of the Word of God is Christ Jesus – John 1. Hear Him; that was the voice of Holy Spirit to the people who were around at that time – Luke 9:35 and Matthew 17:5
There comes a time in the life of a believer where the Word of God talks to him or her when he or she allows him or herself. The Word of God is always in the heart of the average believer, it takes a heart of discernment and a humility to be able to hear and obey when the Word of God talks to you.
God’s elect, you have to allow the Word of God to talk to you. It is always the heart of the Holy Spirit who will speak the Word of God to your heart, and many at times, through your human conscience. You have to always position your heart for the Word of God to talk to you through your human heart via your conscience.
Deuteronomy 30:14 and Romans 10:8 talks about the Word of God being near us, on our lips or mouth, mind and heart; so therefore, there is no way one can say the He has never heard the Word of God before, if even you are not a Christian, that aspect of God in the heart of man imputed by God while creating and forming man is still the Word of God in the heart of man, still and yet: hear Him.
