Lamentations 3:58 King James Version || O Lord, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul; thou hast redeemed my life.

The life of the believer is perpetually being chased by the devil who roams like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour – 1 Peter 5:8

Apostle Paul tells Timothy, a spiritual son, that he should fight a good fight of faith – 1 Timothy 6:12; this means the believer or the Christian is on a war front. Romans 8:36-37 New King James Version 36 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” 37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

Many are the adversaries that come in the life of the believer, but God has redeemed our lives and will keep on redeeming us, as long as we are on the earth. We have walked with the consciousness that, it does not matter where we find ourselves and who placed us in that endeavour but we should just know that our Lord will and shall always redeem our lives from the hands of the enemy and his cohorts.

Redeem/redemption simply means to rescue or take from the grips of someone or something. Thus, it does not matter where and how we find ourselves, as long as we call on the Name of the Lord we learnt and discussed during the week, God in His own wisdom will bring us redemption from anything or anywhere or anyone we find ourselves that will seem troubling to us.

Declaration

In the Name of Jesus, I am the redeemed of the Lord, I function under the redemption of the Lord, amen!
