Matthew 21:13 New King James Version – And He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’ ”
We were able to lay the foundation that our body is the temple of the Holy Ghost or God, so it should be a house of prayer but not a den of thieves. This means anything that is in our body which is not from the Lord is illegal.
John 14:30; the prince of this world (satan) comes and he has nothing in Me (Christ Jesus), this is an example of a house that is called the house of prayer which is not made to be a den of thieves.
Anything that is in you as a child of God that is apart from the word of God and prayer means, thieves which are satan personified have entered that house which is your body (the temple of God and the Holy Ghost).
This should tell us there are some prescriptions by our Lord through the scriptures which should be in our body or our body should house those things because prayer comes with a package, example, the fruits of the Holy Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23
This can also tell us that, anything that is not from the Lord found in our body, that part of the body housing that was stolen by the enemy.
Thus, we need to be conscious that anything that is not from the Lord which can be found in our body is a thieve, and needs to be driven out by, with and in the Precious Name of Christ Jesus.
