Isaiah 61:7 New King James Version – Instead of your shame you shall have double honour, And instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; Everlasting joy shall be theirs.
Now, looking at the above scripture, there no way our loving God will try to put us in anything negative like shame or disgrace because He is a Loving Father but when we, His children go and call for anything negative being disgrace or shame or even confusion, He has the ability to turn it for our good, because that is the promise He has given us in accordance to His word.
Will our earthly father neither leave nor forsake us because we are wrong, that he will subject us to hunger and nakedness? Please if the answer is a “no” to even an earthly father, our God is much more loving.
Let us believe in our God, it does matter how a person hates us like how the brothers of Joseph did, whatever happens, if only we continue to love and follow the Lord, it will surely be to our advantage.
