Psalm 36:9 New King James Version – For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.
There are two entities contending against each other in the lives of men, either the Kingdom of Light which emanates from Christ Jesus and the kingdom of darkness which is from the devil or satan.
Jesus calls us (the children of God) the light of this world in Matthew 5:14 but that light came from somewhere; John 1:4-5 New King James Version – 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not [a]comprehend it.
Now, from the above scripture, Christ Jesus here happens to be the Light of God, because He is also the very word of God who was in the beginning according to John 1.
Now, to be able to see light and be the light as Jesus called us in the Book of Matthew 5:14, then we need to know Christ from the pages of scripture coupled or married with prayer, as we do that, we see and know the light, which is Christ Jesus, then we see the light, as we see the light, we would also become that light, it is just be a matter of time.
2 Corinthians 3:18 New King James Version – But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as [a]by the Spirit of the Lord.
In the Kingdom of Christ Jesus, you become what you focus on consistently over a period of time.
