1 John 4:11 New International Version
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
God’s elect, this is a direct command to us, as children of the Most High God. The Bible is the very word of God to us because it is the Holy Spirit of the Lord who inspired holy men to write; 2 Timothy 3:16-17 King James Version
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
This is the reason why you need and have to be obedient to the word of God because as God inspired men to write it, this means it was written down by God Himself for it is also said that, “man has no good in himself, thereby not being able to do good, so for someone to do good, it means he has been inspired to do good by the Good God.
So if God is now saying by His word that we ought to love, God’s elect, then we have no excuse, we need to love at all cost, yes, at all cost because it will come with a cost that we need to pay. The cost here might be us not thinking much about ourselves but about people because that is the proof of love.
God’s elect, in our scripture study, you are going to know what love is really, from the scriptures, and not from any way or any place.
Declaration
In the Name of Jesus, the love of God is shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Ghost, I love as Jesus loves, amen!
