John 6:63 New King James Version – It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
God’s elect, what keeps us alive or living is the word of God we keep on hearing. You might know a person who does not know the word of God but is ninety (90) plus; the Christ’s kingdom rules are different from the rules of the world.
A man starts to live the very day His receives Christ Jesus as his or her Lord and Personal Saviour, that is the day you become born again, thus that is when you start to live by the word you believed in your heart and with the confession you did with your mouth in accordance to Romans 10:9-10.
You received life by hearing the words of the Lord, Christ Jesus, thus to keep on living you need to continue in hearing because the just shall live by his faith and faith comes by the hearing of the word of God; Romans 10:17.
There are many aspects of the life of the believer which needs to be alive, your education is a life, your health is a life, your family is a life, your career is a life too; thus, to keep on living in any area of your life, you need to be hearing the words of the Master pertaining to that area of life and you will live.
