To be a witness of Christ Jesus is just talk about Him to another by what the Lord has done for you or what you know.
John 4:28-29 New International Version – 28 …the woman went back to the town and said to the people, 29 “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?”
This is the primary charge Christ Jesus gave us; this is why He also gave us the power to witness. We have to talk about Jesus to people so they will also come to believe on what we believe.
People on the earth are either under the umbrella of the devil or God, whoever is not in Christ Jesus is accursed and destined for hell fire; the only way they can escape the devil and hell is when they are told about Christ Jesus, then they will come and believe in Him, then they will be snatched from the pit of the devil and hell. God’s elect, if they are not told or witnessed to about Christ Jesus, by you, how do they become save?
Romans 10:14 New International Version – How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
