Psalm 51:17 New International Version – My sacrifice, O God, is[a] a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.

In 2 Samuel 11, King David went to impregnate Uriah’s wife and killed and arranged for his death on top. In Psalm 51, King David was showing rumours to the sin he committed against the Lord.

As humans and on earth, whatever happens, we are going to displease the Lord in some ways, especially, we being teenagers. After the displeasure to our fellow men and God, what do we say or how do we feel?

If you think, show and talk rumours or repentance, then we see and say you have a broken and a contrite heart and that is the delight of the Lord. But not the one you keep on justifying your actions as if you the wise person on earth.

A broken and a contrite heart which is the will of God for the child of God; is when we are always broken for the Lord God to have His way through us, people who are really broken easily forgive, easily say thank you, and sorry, they easily go to their knees, knowing very well that they are wrong, they are always meek and sober at all times; such a person is an obedient person both to the Lord and his fellow men, even people who are above him, being teachers, pastors, parents…

God’s elect, let us be respectful and obedient, even to our parents.

Prayer

In the Name of Jesus, I ask that you renew a right spirit within me, help me to be broken before You and your purpose why You sent me on earth, hallelujah, amen!
