Fellowship or communion with the Lord is just that realm or level with God where we become one with Him, spirit (the aspect of us that connects us to God), soul (our minds, which contains emotions, will and our intellect that connects the spirit to our body) and body (what we use to contact the physical world).
1 Corinthians 2:16 New International Version – for, “Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?”But we have the mind of Christ.
How come we have the mind of Christ, this can only happen through communion or fellowship with Him; this can happen either through meditation on the word of God, prayer, praises, worship and many more, as we come closer to the Lord through the laid down procedures in the word of the Lord, with holiness and righteousness, we will begin having the mind and the very heart of the Father of glory; this is when it is said that a person has a relationship with God.
Fellowship or communion is the will of the Lord because that is the only way we can bring His agenda on earth.
Petition
Lord Jesus, I ask that you give me the heart and the discipline to able to have fellowship with Your Holy Spirit, to be able to influence humanity for Your own glory, amen!
