Galatians 5:22 New International Version – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Hebrews 11:24-25 New King James Version 24 By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, 25 choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the [a]passing pleasures of sin…

John 15:20 New King James Version – Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.

God’s elect, persecution/suffering is part of the calling of the Christian, if Jesus Himself was persecuted and hated, as He said a servant is not greater than the master, whatever He went through, we will also go through.

As we are going through the humiliation from and of men, then we forbear/endure with an ever increasing love and dedication for the Father of glory; this is when we have really or truly bear the fruits of the Spirit.

In an Epistle of Apostle Paul to Timothy; Apostle Paul calls Timothy a soldier; one of the characteristic of a soldier is how he or she can endure hardship. Thus, one of the characters that a Christian is grown or growing is his or her ability to endure hardship and persecution of every kind, without his or her faith wavering for any reason.

Confession

In the Name of Jesus, I ask that I bear the fruits of endurance and forbearance to be able to stand in the days of adversity at all cost, praises to the Lord, hallelujah, amen!
