Hebrews 10:35 New King James Version – Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward.

Proverbs 28:1 New King James Version – The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.

1 Samuel 17:48 New King James Version – So it was, when the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David, that David hurried and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine (Goliath).

One of the most outstanding bold or confident men I really admire in the bible is young man David, later king David. And the source of his confidence or boldness was because he knew the Lord he had.

We cannot say we are Christians and keep on living in fear and panic on the earth that was created and prepared for us by our Father in heaven. 2 Timothy 1:7 New King James VersionFor God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Our opening text says, we should not cast away our confidence, the followed scripture also says the righteous is as bold as a lion, it means, as believer, by our default or original mode, we are confident and bold, all we need to do is to be conscious of it and just walk in it, because our Christ Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

Being bold and confident is the will of God for us.

Confession

In the Name of Jesus, I am as bold as the lion, I will never cast my confidence away, I am a child of God, and I walk with this mind-set, hallelujah, amen!
