Revelation 5:12 New King James Version – saying with a loud voice:
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
To receive power and riches and wisdom,
And strength and honor and glory and blessing!”
The will of God for His children is them to be strong so they can fight the hurdles of life for they are soldiers on a war front.
2 Timothy 2:3 New King James Version – You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
Strength here talks about spiritual strength, mental strength and even physical strength, because that is the components God used in creating man.
With the spirit we contact the spirit realm or God, because God is a spirit and they that must worship should worship Him in truth and in spirit. With the soul, we contact the intellectual realm, that is the soul or mind of a person, where his or her emotions, will power and reasoning ability resides and with the body we contact and relate to this physical world.
Proverbs 11:1 King James Version – A false balance is abomination to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight.
Genesis 1:31 King James Version – And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
If God Himself saw that everything He created was good, and that a just weight is His delight then it means that we have to strengthen all of which He created us with (Spirit, Soul and Body), for that is His will for us.
Declaration
In the Name of Jesus, I receive and have strength in my spirit, soul and body, till the day of the Lord, amen!
