Yes of a truth, we have been translated from darkness into the kingdom of His dear son, this is a truth from the word of God but depending on a believer’s growth, as long as you are on the earth or in this world where satan princes and rules, deliverance should be a continues thing for us as seen in 2 Corinthians 1:10.
Deliverance or to be delivered is simply coming out from the domain of the enemy into the kingdom of His dear Son, in Christ Jesus. We are always delivered from road accidents, the plans of the enemy: Romans 8:36 New International Version As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
This is why there is prayer, the word of God and other activities to turn us into the presence of the Lord because that is the only place where our deliverance is rest assured and complete.
God was with the Israelites but delivering them from the hands of their slave masters, through the red sea has been from one deliverance to the other.
