Why the Anointing – To Reveal God
1 Corinthians 2:5: New International Version – so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.
In our and scripture study, Apostle Paul talks about preaching with the demonstration of God‘s power through the anointing of the Holy Ghost, not for anything but for their wisdom to rest on the power of God.
As a believer or a Christian; your primary reason you have to do anything, either in thoughts, words or actions; it should be done in the Name of Jesus, so He takes the glory because all things were created by Him, for Him and through Him.
When we are able to ascribe all the glory to Him, that is when He shows forth Himself in our lives, to show the world that, of a truth, He is still with His people like the days of old.
There are systems set out for us in the scriptures; as and when we follow, the glory of the Lord comes on us as we reveal Him.
Confession
In the Name of Jesus, I walk in the anointing of the Holy Ghost, to please and reveal God to my generation and beyond, amen!
