You Can Be Anointed – Obedience
Isaiah 1:19 New International Version – If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land;
Knowledge or hearing from the Lord is never enough but the obedience of that which we received from the Lord should be the ultimate. To be anointed, we first need to be obedient to the written word (the Bible), then the special voice of instructions will come to us for obeying.
The anointing comes for work and the person who gives the work is God, thus when we do not obey Him, then there is no way He can send us with or by instructions which will be a great hindrance to the anointing of the Lord over our lives.
Christ Jesus said I do what I hear and see My Father do, that is the definition of obedience, in our case what we see or hear our Father do, should be the bible before any other special instructions will follow for our obedience, thus the anointing.
Prayer
In the Name of Jesus, I ask for mercy and grace to be an obedient child of the Most High, amen!
