Jonas Corona began volunteering at the age of 4 in downtown Los Angeles’ Skid Row. 2 years later, he decided to take it one step further and start his own organization – ‘Love in the Mirror’.
Jonas wanted to help kids that were less fortunate than him by giving them things he felt no child should live without. The idea grew into a non-profit organization that strives to meet the needs of disadvantaged youth, while at the same time, kids like Jonas can gain the ability to develop self-esteem and learn great leadership skills. “Every child should look in the mirror and love what they see,” – Jonas says.

Worship, a Love Affair – Love Gives
John 3:16 New International Version – For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Before we come to the four dimensions of love as promised yesterday, I would like us to see an aspect of love; love gives. If and when you are truly in love, you will always look for something to give not to receive, for love is never selfish.
If we are in worship, that is in love, we need to give the Lord our all in all, beginning from the heart, the prove that we have given is when we hold nothing back when His word becomes the sole authority in our lives; that is when true worship has taken place; then a walk in the Spirit begins.
Jacob gave fourteen years; for Rachel to be wife; the power of love.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, help us to be real lovers of You, not just paying lips service to you, amen!
