Inspirational Nugget
Amy O’Toole is a 12-year-old student who helped run a science experiment inspired by Beau Lotto’s participative science approach. At age 10 she became one of the youngest people ever to publish a peer-reviewed science paper.
She took part in a participative science program led by Beau Lotto, called “I, scientist,” which inspired a science experiment by a group of 26 primary school students in Blackawton, UK. O’Toole was never interested in science before this project, but now intends to study the human mind and body. The project led to the publication of the first ever peer-reviewed scientific paper written by schoolchildren.

How to Walk In the Spirit – Worship
Romans 12:1 New International Version – Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
Worship goes far beyond singing, in fact with the singing it is just to express in words what our heart perceives about God or to God.
The offering of our bodies as a living sacrifice is true worship and that is the standard of worship the Lord or bible is talking about.
To be able to walk in the Spirit we have to have a heart of worship; where we see ourselves less of us and see ourselves to be God’s own; where our hearts, thoughts words and actions will just be to His adoration and worship.
This is the life Abraham lived; refer to the scripture study.
Confession
In the Name of Jesus, I have and receive the heart for worship this day, to be a living sacrifice to the Lord; which is my worship, amen!
