Corey Parent (born July 8, 1990) is a member of the Vermont Senate. A Republican, he represented St. Albans City and Southeastern St. Albans Town in the Vermont House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019 and won election to the State Senate in 2018.
On March 10, 2014(just at age 24) Parent announced his candidacy for the Vermont House of Representatives, seeking one of two seats in the Franklin 3-1 district. On November 4, 2014 Parent received 1,348 votes which made him the top vote getter.

The Spirit Helps Us
Romans 8:26 New International Version – In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
The Holy Spirit is our help at any time in times of need; but this kind of help talks about our prayer life, for we know not what we need to pray for but the Holy Spirit Himself helps our infirmity by interceding for us with groaning’s that cannot be uttered by the human mouth.
That has to talk about tongues in a way (a whole topic that would be tackled later). We have to depend on the Holy Ghost for all we ever need in life, because He is the advocate Christ Jesus left us before His exit.
A relationship with the Holy Ghost will always put us ahead of our peers and also save us from many troubles when we allow Him to be our help or helper in all that we do and are.
