She served three terms in the Florida House of Representatives from 2014(at the age of 23) to 2020, representing the 31st District, which includes Apopka, Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares, and Umatilla in northern Lake County and northern Orange County.

The Spirit Testifies
Romans 8:16 New International Version – The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.
The Christian is made up of three components that sums up his being; spirit, soul and body. With the spirit we contact the realm of God or the Spirit (John 4:23-24), with the soul, we contact the intellectual realm, that is our intellect, intelligence, emotions, will that sums up in the mind, with the body we contact this physical realm or the natural world.
Now, the Spirit of God bearing witness or testifying of to our human spirit that we are children of God simply means, the assurance we have from the Holy Spirit that we are children of God. This can happen through His leading, His voice to us, His teachings, His promptings, the peace He gives us, the joy we receive from Him, or better explained, that chemistry or link or connection that always takes us close or closer to God through our hearts, being through the word of God, worship, praises, meditation or anything spiritual that takes us to God.
Any human on earth has a vacuum in their hearts which can only be filled with God, that emptiness you sometimes feel, but as soon as you get to connected to God through any means, you feel joy unexplainable; that is the witness or testimony I am talking about.
