The Deeds of the Flesh – As I Warn You Before
Galatians 5:21 New International Version – and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Anytime there is a warning in life, it means doing the opposite or against what is decreed may result in some kind or penalty or punishment.
In our scripture study, the Lord laid down a blessing and a curse before His people but still advised them to choose the blessing so they may live; same thing is happening on our journey with the flesh and the Spirit, if we take heed to the dictates of the Spirit we are going to inherit the kingdom of God and if not, we are going to inherit hell fire; God’s elect never let anybody lie to you, heaven and hell is very real unless you are not a believer or do not believe in what our bible talks about.
Being a Christian is not only in the title but also in our thoughts, speeches and deeds, which would either be by the Spirit or the flesh.
