The Deeds of the Flesh – And the Likes
Galatians 5:21 New International Version – …and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
The deeds or acts of the flesh – and the likes; this means there are many more acts or deeds of the flesh, but until now, I think we should be able to know the other acts or deeds of the flesh even when the bible did not mention it, example, pride.
And the likes simply means, anything that is not from God through His Spirit is part of “and the likes”.
I always tell myself and people, anything that cannot be thought, spoken or done in the Name of the Lord Christ Jesus is always out of His will thereby not being in accordance with His Spirit which in turn would be the deed of the flesh.
God’s elect, to tell you the truth, we need grace to be able to live this life of the Spirit but it also needs a conscious effort which is a hard work on our path to be able to channel this course of the Sweet Precious Holy Spirit.

In the Name of Jesus; I have crucified the flesh just to do the things the Spirit of the Living God detects, amen!
