The Gifts of the Spirit
1 Corinthians 12:1 New Life Version – Christian brothers, I want you to know about the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You need to understand the truth about this.
A gift is simply a gift; the something you just receive from someone without necessarily doing anything to merit it.
When He ascended He gave gifts unto men, God is a generous God and a faithful Being, one of the ways we are appreciated is when people remember to gift us in anyway, it might be a time of gift, intellect, or something material or even money.
There is no way we can walk this Christian life without the gifts of the Holy Spirit which we did nothing to merit because the price was paid on the cross of Calvary.
We will use some few days to discuss the gifts of the Holy Spirit thoroughly, which would born a desire in our hearts for Him, which would be manifested because the expectation of the righteous shall never be cut off.
Prayer
In the Name of Jesus, I pray and ask the Holy Ghost for that particular gift that would aid and enhance the call of God over my life, amen!
