Inspirational Nugget: Shamma bint Suhail Faris Mazrui as Minister of State @ 22
In 2016, at just 22 years old, Mazrui was appointed Minister of State for Youth Affairs in the United Arab Emirates. According to the Los Angeles Times, she is believed to be the youngest government minister in the world and her role is to create pathways for young people to have more engagement with government and within society.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University Abu Dhabi and a master’s in public policy from the University of Oxford, which she attended as her country’s first Rhodes Scholar.

The Spirit of the Lord – Double for your Shame
Isaiah 61:7 New International Version – Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.
Anything shameful or negative which has ever happened to man, has been caused by man, check the scriptures very well. But as loving as our Father is, who knows how to give good gifts, has promised never to leave us nor to forsake us, even to the ends of the earth.
When we put ourselves in any mess, shame or disgrace, He is always available to pick us up, wash us and give us new clothing again that signifies His righteousness, this is what the carnal mind cannot understand, it doesn’t matter what we do to our earthly fathers, they forgive us and give us the best of treatment, how much more our Godly father?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I thank You for your grace to always take me from my shame and disgrace, for my shame, I receive double, amen!
