As a man thinks

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. – Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV)

Whatever a man does culminates or originates or comes from the mind of the person. Yes, I am pretty aware that there is something in biology called reflex or involuntary action, but it was premeditated or have been thought about before it came into action or before the person performed it.

We learned about being positive yesterday, it very important the kind of thoughts we keep on our minds. God, Himself has to be a positive thinker about Himself and even concerning His children – you and me.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope – Jeremiah 29:11

So whatever we need to be now or even in the future you need to start thinking it now. Your life is as a result of what you have kept in your mind over a period of time.

Confession

In the Name of Jesus, I think on the right things at the right time, I think on the word of God, I think on things which are of a good report in line with the mind and heart of the Lord.
