There is no middle lane in this universe, you are either with good or God or evil or satan. It’s just two forces ruling this universe, the force of God and the force of satan.

Evil here simply means the absence of God or good. Love does not delight or make happy in evil.

The Bible told us to love our enemies (Matthew 5:44), why then do you rejoice or happy when something bad happens to someone that seems to be an enemy? You are against the word of God when you do that.

Your friend even mistakenly hit his toe against a stone, and you were laughing, you are simply delighting yourself in evil because what has happened to him is an evil thing.

The life of a Christian or the believer is a deliberate or an intentional way of living or walking in life. Sweetheart, we should love the human race, at all cost because God does and says so.

Never be happy because the house of the rich man who treated your parents badly got burnt. Never be happy because you’re the colonial masters who ruled your nation is bombed by some bad men somewhere, no. Love does not delight or make happy in evil or things that are bad.
