1 Chronicles 28:20 New International Version (NIV) – David also said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the Lord is finished.

Be courageous simply means, facing your fears, or that you think cannot be done. Sweetheart, never fear the toughness of the sea for God Himself, in all His power and Majesty is at your anchor.

In our opening scripture, King David was telling Prince Solomon (then) about the work ahead to build a temple for the Lord. Prince Solomon had not yet done any such work before according to the scriptures, but king David, was telling him to be strong, courageous and never be discouraged for the Lord God is with Him.

Same way, the Lord God is with us in any assignment He’s given to us on earth. When tasks are handed over to us, if even not now but in the near future, know that God is with you, especially, tasks that will please God and help or better humanity, even the environment in which we live. Never be dismayed nor discouraged, just go ahead for the Lord God will be with you, He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Face that seemingly difficult subject, issue or illness in the Name of Jesus, knowing that God is with you.

Confession

Christ Jesus, I thank You, for making me as bold as a lion, for that is my heritage in Christ Jesus, thank You, my Love Jesus, I praise Your Mighty Name!
